I can’t believe it has been a decade since Blast Press issued this anthology of New Jersey poets.

Edited by the poets Emanuel di Pasquale and Gregg G. Brown, Palisades, Parkways & Pinelands covers an array of poets with ties to New Jersey. Paging through it leaves me both sad — at those we have lost, including Laura Boss and Daniel Zimmerman, one of my teaching mentors — and elated by the work included.
